Our PERFECTE are. Organic Sicilian Olives in brine, of the quality Nocellara del Belice: fine Sicilian olives, particularly good and tasty, with firm flesh and grown using the natural methods of organic farming.
The format small of this jar is “perfect” to accompany our aperitifs, to offer to our friends while sipping good wine, cocktails and refreshing drinks. PERFECTEs’ slightly bitter and spicy flavor and their spherical, symmetrical, chunky shape lend themselves perfectly to enriching moments of relaxation.
Le Perfecte are hand-picked, selected and processed in simple brine; after a few hours they are packaged and labeled in compliance with the rules governing BIO.
