Description
It is a delicious and sweet jam obtained from cooking the pulp of organic guava grown on our farm, with very little added sugar and organic lemon juice. Guava is a tropical fruit known for its distinctive, sweet, and aromatic flavor, its juicy pulp, and its beneficial properties.
Extra Organic guava jam has a color that varies from pink to red, depending on the variety of guava used. Guava imparts a sweet, fruity, and aromatic flavor to the jam. It has a spreadable consistency, perfect for spreading on bread, biscuits, or using as an ingredient in cakes and desserts, adding a tropical touch.
Preparation:
1. Organic Guavas are washed, peeled, and deseeded. The pulp is then cut or mashed to achieve the desired consistency.
2. The guava pulp is cooked with organic sugar.
3. During the cooking process, organic lemon juice is added to enhance the flavor.
4. The jam is cooked until it reaches the desired consistency and is then poured into sterilized jars.
5. The jars are sealed tightly to ensure long-term preservation.
