The total weight per package is always expressed in the description of each product. For some specialties it will also be possible to select the caliber (size) with an indication of the price and weight per package.\r\n<h2>PRICES<\/h2>\r\nAll prices include VAT and are expressed in euros. Shipping costs are always included and optimized and for each product there is a variable percentage discount based on the quantities ordered.\r\n<h2>ORDERS<\/h2>\r\nAll orders are placed through our e-commerce platform. To record Shipping, Billing (if any) and Payment Data, the user can create an account on our site or proceed in guest mode.\r\n\r\nOrders on Reservation: If the user wishes to reserve products that are currently out of season or not available, they can make an order request via the appropriate form followed by Canalotto Farm sending a 30% payment link to confirm and registration of the order upon reservation.\r\nOnce available, the goods will be sent with the balance of the remaining 70% always via payment link sent to the user&#8217;s email.\r\n<h2>PAYMENTS<\/h2>\r\nFor Payments the user will have two methods available: Instant Bank Transfer or Credit Card.\r\nOn bank transfers, the user can carry out the operation via Banca Sella&#8217;s MyBank system.\r\nOn credit cards, Canalotto Farm relies on\u00a0Banca Sella\u00a0for the secure payment gateway in order to receive payments from both debit and credit cards of the main Visa, MasterCard, Mestro, AmericanExpress, Electron circuits.\r\n<h2>SHIPPING<\/h2>\r\nOrders are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays to facilitate the natural logistics of shipping processes via Express Courier. The user will receive our products in boxes designed to preserve the quality and integrity of the goods.\r\n\r\nOrders on our e-commerce are intended for shipping in Italy and abroad, according to the price indications shown in the table on each individual product on sale.\r\n\r\nIn Italy, up to 30 kg of goods, shipping costs amount to \u20ac11.
